It seems to me that everyone's saying it.

I think it's been said by someone in nearly every episode of the current series of The Apprentice.

At least three guy at my gym say it with monotonous regularity. One of them dropped a twenty kilo kettlebell on his foot as he said it though, which I found hilarious.

Thats a boxers type saying to force a reaction out of there opponent, I dont use the phrases such as that but they are effective
