trib is a waste of money BCAA have their role, but if you're diet is high enough in protein, then I wouldn't bother

BCAA's are good to take pre/post workout. Tribulus is an absolute waste of money.

I agree - at 48 Trib does work (acne on shoulders at 48 anyone?). If you're younger than 40 I would think the benefits would be minimal.
