Bulgarian Tribulus or BCAA, do they have any side effects and do they really work?

Neither are supplements you'll feel the benefits of immediately, or to a great extent.

BCAA's are great for having during a workout, and after a workout to speed recovery. Trib is more often used to raise natural test production after an AAS or DS cycle. If you're under 30, you'll probably feel nothing from trib, and be much, much better looking at stuff from Anabolic Xtreme and ALRI for test boosters.

In terms of BCAA's, I'd say this is an interesting supplement - and very popular post w/o in the US - but I'd probably go for creatine, before I went for BCAA's, since thats the one you'll see the bigger initial impact from.

trib is a waste of money

BCAA have their role, but if you're diet is high enough in protein, then I wouldn't bother

BCAA's are good to take pre/post workout. Tribulus is an absolute waste of money.

I find trib useful @ over 1.5grms ED during PCT to help libido / mood etc..

I agree - at 48 Trib does work (acne on shoulders at 48 anyone?). If you're younger than 40 I would think the benefits would be minimal.

Why? Otherwise it's no more than a statement.

Must 'work' for older chaps. Does nothing for me, not even an increase in libido

Making a statement is a MT crime is it? It helps with recovery/DOMS.
