For me training Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I do cardio everyday, but with weights I am currently doing a five day split from sunday to thursday.

when i can be bothered which is usually mon, weds, fri, sun never any less than 4 days a week anyway, although i might mix the days i work out on up a bit.

you shouldnt have to train on set days. train when your body has recovered.

Monday - Running Tuesday - Legs Wednesday - Boxercise followed by Running Thursday - Rest Friday - Upper body Saturday ( AM ) - Running Sunday - Rest
