The knowledge coincides a fair bit with my course so it's handy to learn it in one context (weightlifting/nutrition/bb'ing/degree stuff) and apply it to another. Just because i have all the information doesn't mean i utilise it all - i know too well about paralysis by over analysis so at the moment i just keep it simple.

I simply can't squat, due to a direct result of getting caught out wearing shorts when the weather changed and it started raining, so clearly this prevents all forms of squat at the moment.

Jango, is the mistake in the third line of your signature intentional? Back on topic, no I don't squat as I'm happy with the henchness of them already, I just want to make my pecs and biceps more tonk.
