Of course - i enjoy furthering my knowledge on this stuff but i don't get so wrapped up in it during training.

The knowledge coincides a fair bit with my course so it's handy to learn it in one context (weightlifting/nutrition/bb'ing/degree stuff) and apply it to another.

Just because i have all the information doesn't mean i utilise it all - i know too well about paralysis by over analysis so at the moment i just keep it simple.

I fear your pwnage has damaged you more than our worst predictions.

We still love you, Ak_88. We still do.

I simply can't squat, due to a direct result of getting caught out wearing shorts when the weather changed and it started raining, so clearly this prevents all forms of squat at the moment.

Jango, is the mistake in the third line of your signature intentional?

Back on topic, no I don't squat as I'm happy with the henchness of them already, I just want to make my pecs and biceps more tonk.

as a member on here once said (i forget who)

"i don't squat as it makes my penis look too small"

if someone could let me know who it was and find the quote it would help (i'm not sure if they still post)
