It's bad for my knees, both of which I injured playing football. Leg extensions are better.

i squat

reasons against i could think of include

1) lack of knowledge
2) being a bicep boy
3) being lazy
4) medical reason
5) no training partner/rack/cage/etc

in some cases 4 & 5 are common but i suspect 1-3 are more likely

I walk to uni everyday so that tones them enough for me.

I do lots of cycling so don't need to squat or even train legs at all.

I do although I hate it i really need to as my chickens legs would be so much worse if i didn't I find it quite hard on my knees though and I'm not really flexable. My bench press will soon over take my squatting I think.

That is rather odd

I know mate, I hate it when i see wee guys younger than me squatting more than me and I do try but I just can't seem to get my legs bigger! never really done a lot of sports before weight training and when i started I neglected my legs so I think they are paying the price now. Do a lot of walking at work which I reckon might tire them a bit.
