Our office gym doesn't have a dip machine or a roman chair for reverse hypers, what can I do instead?

Dips while good are not essential , they work the chest / shoulder / tri muscles so any benching movement could replace them in a routine. Reverse hypers are easily replaced by stiff legged deads although your hams will gte worked more with the deads.

While both good exercises they are far from essential. What does the rest of your routine look like out of interest ?

Incline Bench press 5X5
Bulgarian split squat 2 X8
one arm row (elbow out) 2 x 8

Tuesday
Cardio

Wednesday
Chinups 5x5 (on a good day!)
Clean & Press 5X5
Cable pull throughs 2 x8
weighted sit up 2x8

Thursday
Cardio

Friday
Deadlift 5x5
Dips 5x5
Cable rows 2x8
Reverse hypers2x8
