any one know an mma club near the glengormley side of belfast as ive no wheels to travel to the well established ones, cheers

hi mate
ceck out the mma club thread at the top of the page,i have listed some of the clubs in n.ireland.
In glengormley you have bjj at the valley leisure centre,you have to go to antrim or lisburn for full mma clubs (that i know off anyhow)

Get yourself and Ian down too antrim on a tue night, we have a new premises in antrim mma and full training kit - got alot of good sparring done last night and will be mixing ckm with mma, you already have the insurance so sort it out :)

The only one I have trained at was Thomas Lamonts place in Lisburn, not sure if it's still going, been out of the MMA game for a few years now.
You've also got Dave Finlay Snr's wrestling club in Carrickfergus trained with him a few times as well. It isn't MMA but there's few people that have the grappling knowledge he has
