I usually put fat on quite easiely so this has helped imo Ive been using whey in water for a month and a half or so now and i been on the same diet but i defo feel slimmer and am i paranoid or could this make a diff? I used to have 2 scoops protein in around 400-500ml of milk twice a day = 4 scoops with 1 litre milk a day. I now have the same but use water, i really do feel and pretty sure i look a little slimmer, and i think using water instead of milk has done this. Ok you can explain but no need to go through me this is just my opinion

well if u get fat easily so the cals of 1l of milk will sure make some difference... bt it all depends on d rest of your diet however, if u need this protein to be fastly absor. it is better to drink it with water, it also applies to d other way aroud

Milk will just slow absorption and add calories, of which are both dependant on what milk you use.

Using milk instead of water will increase cals so will obviously have an effect if all other factors remain the same.
