I hate doing them, but it's all I can do for shoulders these days really, so I need to do extra tricep work as compensation for my lack of pressing movements.

Yes i do. IMO squats, deads, incline bench, chins, rows, military presses, curls and CGBP are the only exercises needed to build a good body though.

For those saying you only need Compound lifts etc, maybe for you yes, but I bet there`s a sh1t load of people out there that disagree. My Biceps need individual stimulation, they get virtually nothing from Deads and slightly more from Rows/ Chins etc, my Triceps on the other hand don`t need any individual stimulation, if I did it would look like I had Elephants ears on the back of my arms.

Why wouldn't you do Isolation exercises?-If you simply want to be the best you can then you should simply use every available source-done them for 16yrs-why limit yourself

Heavy componds without isolation work is a complete waste of time if you want to build a well balanced physique John

For BBing purposes what else do you compound only lifters do for shoulders other than shoulder press/military press? Obviously the smaller muscles are still going to be worked through all the compounds but things like rhomboids, lateral delts, will not receive sufficient stimulation so need a bit of extra help. From my experience anyway. quote:

What about medial delts Tony? Not used in a bench press. And as you look like a BBer now, some could argue that indirectly you're training for BBing purposes

So for overhead work do you only do Shoulder Press and Military Press? I've never really done lateral raises because I hate the movement and my delts (apart from front) are really poor. I've introduced Cable Lat Raises to see if this has any sort of effect but I'd prefer to try all options available in my quest for largeness. Not so important for you I suppose though as you're aims are strength-based (aren't they?)
