Hi again guys and thanks for the advice on the last post....

The list below is roughly what i am eating daily. changes slightly week to week as i work shifts but try to keep it as good as possible.

Question...... is what i am eating ok

I wiegh approx 15,12 stone

bmi approx 13% fat (6weeks ago )

working out 3/4 times a week and keeping the cardio up to help shed the flab ...
any suggestions.....Thanks guysDAYSHIFT

exactly how much protien and carbs are you taking on an average day,

you should be aiming for 1.5 grams per lb of lean mass

Hi mike

to be honest i dont know much about the nutrition thing ...still learning

what is my lean mass ??

as for my long and short term .. i just want to lose the flab and gain a bit of definition without losing to much of my size...... basically i dont want to look like a mcdonald straw with abs lol.... and i dont care about doing by tomorrow... i,m in no hurry

lean mass is basically your body weight less your bodyfat ...

have a read of the beginer threads on here, they helped me alot !

Your best bet Cassbegg is to post this up in the Diet and Nutrition section.

Plenty of articles on diet and nutrition in the articles section and will give you the basic info you need for both bulking and cutting.

As above, re-post this in the diet forum for a better response.

Also state what time you train at, and what type of training you doing weights or cardio?
