Hiya every body, at long last my dvd is finished `it has taken over 8 months to compleate.
Its over 4 hours and will be 3 disc set `overall i am very happy with the finished product.

I am very nervous at the start of the dvd Eg` Carfs and my Pre-Contest back workout filmed off season but one i get going am rocking and rolling.

You will get to see first hand how i train and why.

With no retakes during the Raw training workouts.
I am more or less given advise on building ur Ultimate-Body from 15 min into disc 1 right the way through all 3 discs.

Once we compleaterd disc 1`there was a problem with disc 2 Eg fitting the rest off the footige on to it`because of this it was ither have a bonus Disc eg disc 3 or loose about 30 min off film,i decided to go a head with the bonus disc`that includes a interview with me on how the dream began`allso My nutrition for the day as it happens and a extra chest workout due to me not happy with my first chest workout ,i gess due to rushing my sets my performance wasnt at its best.

The dvd allso includes lots off Special features The Pump Room back stage in Hollywood.
2005 Npa special gest pose in wales,i wanterd the 2006 gest pose but couldn`t get hold of the footige.

Me on stage during the judging of Npa 2006 ,pleased my best mate filmed this on his little cam ,as the dvd i bourt from the show` the quality was Garbage,very dark and we all look well not as we did on stage.big shame.

1998 And finals poseing routine in my dodgy pink trunks, well it was 10 years ago lol gosh how time flys eh.

Everybody who buys this Mezza dvd i am 100% sure you will find it very enjoyable and a lot of you will pic up some great tips in ur journery in building ur Ultimate Dream Body ,thats every body Yes thats right `everybody can accomplish ..

I am sure after watching my dvd it will help you achieve Phisique goals a lot quicker.

Ok tuesday i send the dvd`s off to be duplicaterd and printerd it takes 7 working days for compleation.
I will let every body no when i have them in my hand!!!

May 17th ,2 weeks time am gest poseing at the NABBA show in pudsy ,i will bring some dvd`s with me .looking forward to the show.

Then the NPA yorkshire ,in batley very looking forward to my Gest pose here the M.E.Z.Z.A dvd will be on sale at this show two`due to there now being 3 discs there will be a small increase in price to cover pay pal fees and p&p ` if you bue from my website !!!

As am sure meny of you no there were so meny problems and it very nearly could have enderd up never coming out at all .

Well thats about it from now, Try this Brown Rice with protien shake eg strawberry pored over the top in a bowel,its a bit like rice pudding,well i think it is just had it now Yummmmeeeeeee!!!
