Hello,

Just looking around (as i've only kinda started doing proper weights again) and i've come accross HIT training quite a few times. Whats peoples general opinion on it? Is it good for the quickest bulk? or would you stick to the normal workouts?

like all well structured routines HIT done properly has it's advantages. I have read the Mike Mentzer principles and tried them, i never really noticed any better gains on that personally. I prefer to do a heavy weight, high set, medium to low rep work out. I just think it is more stimulating to the muscles and over time generates the best gains.
