Best overall for growth and recovery, which ultimately means performance. Much of the information in The Anabolic Index is about optimizing those parameters -in part, by using whey hydrolysate.

Hydrolyzed whey is the best supplement? I can't stand the taste of it but I could get used to it if I thought it would be worth it.

Gakic used to make me wretch everytime. It was harder to keep that down than it was to train.

I have the chocolate flvour, OMG it's the worst tasting supplemt ever, I have to mix this with water and have a drink on standby to wash the taste away, pure hell.

Still saves taking about 50 pills a day though, LOL

Not common complaint but Caffeine. Try taking 600mg straight, as a powder . Stick to drinks or pro plus!
