right guys after posting pics and not being to pleased now with progress im going to sort my diet. i cant put exact times as my job is rediculus so approx. 6 30 wake. 1 scoop whey and 1 scoop mp weight gainer with water just after shake,3 weetabix and milk and 2 peices burgan linseed bread with jam.fish oil tab. inbetween 9.30 and 5 30 i will eat 650 g of chicken in 6 wholemeal pittas with mayo lettuce and a few fish tabs. and some fruit. probably 12.30 and then again at 4 15. raw chicken is 22g per 100g wahts it cooked in oven? pitta are 7 protien 27 carbs and 2. fat per pitta. alos in that time spell i will have 2 scoops protein powder and 2 scoops weight gainer. when i get home i will have pasta tuna salad or rack of ribs, or sweet potatoe tuna veg etc 6.00? then after tea i willgenerly eat rubbish for a bit crisps etc and before bed half tub ofcottage cheese, 1 scoop of whey in milk. i will also eat a bag of raisan and nut throughout the day 200g worth im trying to gain mass and finding it hard does this sound like it has a chance of working? im having the pittas throughout the dayas i can put them in seperate bags and can eat at work
