Back to it.... - 05 May 2008 12:20
Well having been up and down for the last couple of weeks i have decided its time to sort my head out and get back to it. I was really good with diet last week and i felt great for it.
Feeling a lot more positive about everything at the moment so i have decided to get back into everything so that i can start to lose some weight before the move.
Got a lot on this month, hoping it will keep me focused on everything and i can make a real go of things. (might also stop me moaning at the better half and stop him getting fed up of me!! )

So today im going to pamper myself this afternoon, face mask, hair mask and stick some tan on, make sure i have got all my meals ready for tomorrow then i will be ready and raring to go tomorrow!!!

Here goes nothing.........

Good luck!

I know what it's like having a turbulent life lol. I've recently had a baby. The gym helps me to forget about my problems for a while lol.

Thanks mate. I dont have the excuse of having a baby, but buying a flat at the moment and getting a tad stressed with that.

Congratulations on the baby, you must be over the moon. (And shattered! Ha ha ha)

RE: Back to it.... - 06 May 2008 12:33
Cheers for the notes guys, made me smile!!! Been quite a good start, i knew i had a busy morning, so i had 1 hard boiled egg on brown toast this morning. (I knew i wouldnt get chance to have a mid morning snack so i have that to stop me getting hungry) I have just had my Tuna salad with my brown pitta and an apple.
For the afternoon i have 2 nairn cakes with cottage cheese and an apple.

I was hoping to go to the gym tonight, but as the day is going on my throat is getting more and more swollen and sore, and as be better half has a throat infection i want to be carfull because he has been laid up all weekend and i dont want to end up the same.

I will see how i get one, but keep feeling hot and cold (maybe im just gointg through the cahnge very early....)

RE: Back to it.... - 08 May 2008 12:30
I had some time off with everything because i was getting very stressed and run down with buying the apartment. (Still in the process of buying it but feeling a bit more stable at the moment! Ha ha ha) Had a good day yesterday, missed the gym though but my fiet was really good, and today has been ok too, had 2 weetabox for breeakfast, 2 apples mid morning, just had a tuna salad, and got some nairn cakes for this afternoon.

Not sure about my tea yet, but im going to the gym with Myth aftr work, so that should be fun, we havent been for ages together.

Had a bit of a freak out last night because it looks like they are moving the comlpetion date forward by a month and i really paniced because im not ready.

Been told i should igo to the doctors because im worrying over really silly things and thats whats making me ill, keep having like panic attacks and bursting into tears but i think i would feel silly going to the doctors because i think i would have to start with "Im going round the twist!" ha ha ha but feeling quite positive about everything today. But this is what im like at the moment. Its a proper emotional rollercoaster. Got a very stressful week in work next week. Feeling sick about that already. But next Friday the stress of work should be finished for a bit so maybe i will feel better about it all then.

Sorry for the rant, i will put on how i get on at the gym tonight.

(And breath..........)

Where did you decide on in the end? Billinge is only round the corner from me once I move home if that's where you're going - I can always be a training partner for you every now and again if you fancy a kick up the bum (as long as you promise to give me a kick up the bum too!).

No problemo my dearie! I'll probably be training at different gyms depending on my routine once I start uni again, but we could always meet up a couple of times a week at Catt's at Orrell or something as it's a good gym and is between us.

And if you ever fancy a girly night out in the exciting hotspot that is Wigan you're more than welcome to join me and my mates. No boys allowed though*!!

RE: Back to it.... - 14 May 2008 12:37
It doesn happen occasionally Kitty! Not often but when it does its feels great.

Did an hour on the tredmill last night incline 6 at speed 6 to 6.5. Felt ok after, bit tired but didnt get my gym buzz like i used to so i think tonight im going to work my self even harder.

Diet is going really well at the moment (Not a chocolate person but right now i could eat a Snickers, im going to try and ignore the feeling and hope it goes away) But it has been spot on so im really pleased with that.

Going to be doing as much cardio as possible at the moment because i have my sisters hen do and my leaving do coming up so if i could lose a bit exra for then i would be happy (Might also stop my mum refering to me as the "little chunky one" )

So a lot of extra effort is going to have to go into this at the moment (Hint to Myth encouragement works!!!! )
