Hey Tic, i already love it round that area and only been to visit it a few times. Cant wait to live there! And just think whenever i argue with Myth i can turn up on your door!!! Ha ha ha (Im joking of course, i will just meet you in the pub! Te he he)

Tee hee, poor Myth'll be left all alone at home and you'll be swanning off all the time!

Honestly though, my mates are all a great bunch of girls and we're very welcoming to new faces. Plus we'll be able to show you where's rubbish and where's nice etc...

Thanks honey, feeling really really positive at the moment, dont know if its the magic pills from thr doctor or tha fact that im back at the gym properly, and i dont care to be honest something is working and its great!!! Went to the gym 3 times last week and did an hour each time on the treadmill (Speed 5, incline 5) think i may up it next week.
Went again last night, it was tough but i did the full hour.

Tried on my dress this morning for the hen do on Saturday and it didnt look to bad i must say!!! I think i may look half presentable!!!! Going to carry on, and im thinking that my Wilma costume might not look as awfull as first thought and Myth might not be completley embarrassed by me

Feeling good, diet is spot on, and gym is going well. I might feel comfy in my own skin yet!!!!

JP - keep the momentum going! You will get 'off' days - the trick is not to let them scupper the rest of the week!

Am sure you look lovely in said dress!

Im so bad, havent updated this for ages, so much to put in i dont know where to start, was really good the other week and felt amazing, but been so good last week or this. Diet has been spot on but not been to the gym much but that is all going to change! Im not in work for the next 5 days so im going to get stuck in, get a really good start and i know that that will really motivate me. Feeling quite positive today but the last couple of days i have felt so sh*t!!!

Oh and for those of you i have bored to tears about my bridesmaid dress that i am dreading, you will never guess but i had to have it taken in at the hip and out at the bust!!! Im loving that!!!

Welll where do i start, final fitting for my dress tonight so wont make the gym, but im going to have to be carefull this week, was in a car crash yesterday with Myth and have bashed my hip and elbow so going to the hospital tonight because its amazingley sore today especially if i sit down for ages. Dont want to make it worse for walking my sister down the isle on Saturday. But the main thing everyone walked away from the accident. he way it happened it could have ended up a lot worse!! (Forced of the road by a horse transporter!!!) Think maybe some cardio on the treadmill should be ok. Any suggestins are greatly appreciated.

Poor luvvie!! Hope you aren't too badly hurt and get well very soon!

Treadmill sounds fine as log as you feel comfortable: if it hurts, stop! Sounds obvious but pain is often your body's way of telling you to have a rest! Fingers crossed for the wedding too x

Went to the hospital last night but i think we were just thinking compo, very sore hip today and feel really sick but dont know if they are related. I think tonight i may just take it easy and walk to the sun beds and walk back. If i go the long way its an hours walk all the way round so better than doing nothing. Getting very excited about the wedding now (can you believe it???) Cant wait to see Myth in his suite, he is going to ummmm hmmmmm!
