Hello all, been lurking in the wings quite a while on here, but thought I'd use this as a kick in the arse to get myself moving! Briefly, I have recently changed jobs and have been working days Mon-Fri instead of shifts, meaning the only times I went to the gym were typically at peak periods, and with all the frustrations of lack of space/equipment etc. However, I start back on shifts today, and have planned out a 4 month program which I want to stick to. Primary target is Strength/Size but with a secondary wish of dumping some blubber along the way. Present stats are 119.5 kg 6ft2 & 37 years old Training plan is... Mon - Chest Tues - Legs Wed - CV Thur - Shoulders Fri - Back Sat - CV Sun - Rest Day 1 is today, and heres what I did.... BB Flat Bench 20xOlly bar 10x60 6x100 6x120 6x130 6x135 BB Incline 6x60 6x80 6x100 6x110 DB Flies 6x25 6x30 2x6x35 EZ Skulls 8x30 8x50 2x8x60 Cable Pushdowns 8x50 8x60 8x70
