Excellent progress for a year! Had you turned to 'the dark side' by the first pics?

Ah thought as much chris! How many cycles you done now? What meds etc? I'm gonna do my first (proper) cycle in a couple of months. I'm currently a bit bigger than in your first pics, so hope i can be in similar shape in a years time!

Cool, I have just more or less just ran the usual with Test being the main compound.

I will say that I have very rarely missed a training session, and even though I looked fat in the second pic, my diet was very clean - I was just eating far to many portions.

All of last year I either did a 5 or a 4 day split.... This year I have done a 10 day split, so each boday part gets trained EOD, with Cardio EOD.

You've lost fat around your midsection and gained muscle all over. Good work chief. Keep it up!
