My wife enjoys eating my "normal" dinners every evening. We mostly have chicken and sweet potato and a good selection of veg. sometimes it takes the form of a stir fry sometimes boiled or grilled, use lots of different spices.

Yeh I do, my parents cook tea for me and I always have it alongside the meals I make my self. Works out quite well.

yes i eat normally, my mental sanity and family times mean more to me than anything in the world. Unless youre a competing bodybuilder i see no reason to get so engrossed in the lifestyle that it segregates you from what living is supposed to be like

My mum knows me though and always cooks something nutritionally decent.

Yes i do. If you've got a good metabolism and you don't have KFC every day then you can sit down for a nice healthy meal with the 'fam.

My wife does weight watchers so we eat together but prepare seperately - if its a big family dinner i normally eat the same as everyone else but leave out the complex carby stuff and have extra veg - normally fits in well with my usual diet.

Tea or evening meal if you prefer I normally do something which is reasonably healthy for everyone, in effect I draw them into my world as opposed to them drawing me into their pie, chips and gravy world.

yes, nothing wrong with family meals and home cooking, as long as it is decent everyday food made at home, not ready meals and bought processed food, only time when you wouldnt be able to fit this into your diet is if you were on a very strict cut, which not many people will be, rest of the time just adjust the rest of the days food to either make up for or compensate for the family meal
