Can anyone tell me anything wrong with this diet and workout routine: i train in the morning

Me: Age 21,
height 5'11
weight 13 1/2 stone (190pounds)
Weight traing 4 days and 2/3 days CV training
im looking to lose fat around my hips and legs really, and show more defintion all over!

8am 50 g OATS

9am pre workout Protein shake (24g)
and 5 g of creatine

9.30am WORKOUT MUSCLES a bit of cv too.

11.30am 30 mins after workout another protein shake with dextrose and sometimes a bit of creatine

1pm 2 whole meal bread
100g TUNA
tomato, lettuce, and onion

3.30pm Protein shake with apple

6.30pm Dinner (Spaghetti bolognaise)

sometimes another protein shake if hadnt had one before and after gym!

remember i want to lose these love handles.

CV Days (2/3 days a week)

10 min bike
10 min rowing
10 min run
burning 500 calories

1) See words in red below.
2) You need to eat the right amount of food such that you lose ~1-2lb a week (ignoring the first week of glycogen & water weight loss).
3) Your body will burn fat from where IT wants to, not from where YOU want it to, so be patient.

okey cheers, oh i usually have a tin of sardfines every couple of days, dunno if that covers it though?
and yeh i have been losing about 1-2 lbs a week, but it dont seem enough i guess i will just have to be patient.

125g of sardines contains ~1 day's supply of EPA & DHA so a tin EOD isn't quite enough. Do you like tinned/vac-packed salmon, mackerel, pilchards, herring?

yeh i do, love mackeral, will have to get some, cheers mate, and their cheap..
apart from that do ya reckon i will lose a lot of muscle?
