Say you have a friend, they cheat on their girlfriend/fiance/wife whom you are also friendly with (although didnt know them before they got together with your friend) do you ever feel awkward when being around the partner?
Or is it nothing to do with you and entirely separate from your relationships with them?
Just pondering....

doesn't bother me.
most of my mates cheat on their gfs.
i used to cheat on my ex left right and centre...... been with my current gf since december 2006 and been a good lad

My mate was going to do it once on his gf,but as she was so annoying i didnt really care,but if there in a serious genuine relationship which they are now,id think it was out of order.
Bu tbh if he did do it id think it was up to him and wouldnt say anything as its nothing to do with me,i was cheated on by my ex who i have 2 lil girls with and we was in a 4 yr serious relationship.
Not good though, because those 4 yrs of my life were pretty much a waste although i have 2 beautiful kids,but me and the mum are not compatable,although i try to be for my kids sake.
But you live and learn i suppose.

o and by the way... i am only 22 so none of my mates in serious relationships which involves kids etc.
if that was the case i would question what he was doing

A very good friend of mine does this, yes I feel awkward mate, she`s a top girl and it`s one of the people I know would help me out if I was in the sh1t(and has done too).
When I speak to her I always get the sense she already knows but has just never caught him out, if she did she`d be off and I know he`d be gutted so why he does it I just don`t know.

If she was a nice girl and we got on well id feel really bad.So much id prob make my friend spill the beans.Cheating isnt right.You shouldnt be in the relationship if you need to cheat

None of my friends cheat, or if they do, then I don't know about it.
I used to dispise cheating, but with my marvellous relationship, I think I'm begining to understand better why it happens.
I have never cheated, anybody who has cheated on me (that I had proof of at least), I have binned them immediately.
Ultimately tho, I think if you need to cheat, you are a relationsip with the wrong person. I guess some people don't want to bite the bullet and end it, or perhaps they just don't understand this.

My two best friends are actualy a couple and have been going out for nearly 2 years now. If I ever caught the lad cheating I would have to smack him one for messing up the best thing that ever happened to him. The girl, I would just shout at her for agist for the same reason. I can't see it happening though.
I would just call them an idiot and threat to tell the partner.

I have several friends who cheat. If it upset me then I'd lose a lot of my mates

Yes. One of my friends has been having numerous affairs behind her blokes back and I feel sorry for him, as he treats her like a princess and has no idea what she's upto

I dont care as long as I dont get caught up and have to lie for them or get caught up in the aftermath or there are children involved......it bugs me if if someone is out cheating while the partner is sat at home looking after the kids
