Thanks for all the help and advice, sorry for the late reply cant get the internet in the Travelodge so have to use it in work time when I get chance.

Besides my main meals i do also have 2 protein shakes (EAS Whey currently) a day, 1 about 10.30 and 1 straight after my workout or in the afternoon on non workout days. I also have have snacks in the afternoon like fruit, nuts, sunflower seeds etc. Its hard to no what type of meals to have without having to cook them.

get_bigger thanks for the meal plan I will print that off and try tailor it tonight when im in the hotel.

true, i am never afraid to say i got it wrong, but i recall when i first joined and started a few debates, i come away more confused than when i started. truth is i am still confused now
