fightin fat -> egg white question (May 5 2008 15:27:20)

Hi been looking at the nutritional values of egg white here http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-C00001-01c201o.html it give's the protien content and calories but doesn't give the carbs or fat or is there simply no carbs of fat in an egg white.....also does the nutritonal value change when cooked for example fried with a small amount of olive oil

I'll give you one guess. Cooking in oil will add some fat, yes.
