SPONSOR MESSAGE Hi Guys, I hope you all liked the CNP Protein bar offer we had on last month! Thanks for shopping with me too it’s always good to have support from the community you’ve been a part of for so long, and I’m glad we could offer you a good product, and I hope – good service too. This month, we’ve got a couple treats in store! Firstly, we’re the FIRST UK shop to stock Anabolic Xtreme’s 3-AD. You’ll only find this here with us, and it’s all ready for delivery. We’ve also just launched a NEW CNP Monthly offer! This month, we’ll be doing a great deal on Pro-Recover & Pro-Slam – so you can have a perfect pre and post workout stack. You only get deals like this with us, and it’s a great opportunity to try out the Pro-Slams which are normally quite an expensive product. What about Protein Powders? Well, we’ve put some new deals up on those too! Here’s a selection of the other monthly offers you can find on site! As always, all of these offers come with FREE UK Mainland delivery as standard, and the personal service we try to give every order. Thanks! Thaifighter

Hi Thai do you know why the Vyomax is unusually high in carbs and lower in protein for a blend? do you have a better breakdown of the carbs?

Just talked to Vyomax and it's the Skimmed Milk powder that does it - so it'll be the lactose from the milk powder. In their words, it's not designed a state of the art product, just a cheap, effective weight gain product. Tastes quite nice too. Thought that, thanks for replying

I've always fancied running Kre-Alkalyn. IIRC it is creatine at a higher PH level meaning none/less is converted to creatinine, meaning less is required and no loading required? One thing about your site, some of the products I've viewed don't seem to have the ingredients list present. Am I being dumb, is there a link which brings it up?

No you're not being dumb, that's a result of my eagerness to get the site up - I put the write up to most products, and loaded like 100...then realised, actually we'll need to put the ingredients up too lol. So now all new products tend to get ingredients put up, and old ones are getting them added as we go along. It's definitely one of the things that's high on the priority to list to do for all products - we're just extremely busy in every regard at the moment (e.g. our supplement sales doubled this month vs. last month), and I'm adding details when / where I can. Supplement facts for Kre-Alkalyn are now up And yep, theory is zero conversion to creatinine, no loading phase and perfect PH level for absorption. The PH level on these is 12, and Kre-Alkalyn (the patent) is for any creatine with a buffered PH of 7-14. I know the guy who runs Vyomax always has them on his desk whenever see him, so he obviously rates them quite highly since he uses them personally.

That's to be expected mate if your sales have just shot up, so don't worry about it If you need a bottle "reviewing" let me know

How would you advise taking the Kre-Alkalyn? 2 caps before workout?

How would you advise taking the Kre-Alkalyn? 2 caps before workout? I would probably take 2 caps before working out, and 2 caps afterwards. The bottle says 2-6 caps daily, but doesn't give info as to timing - probably because they recon Kre doesn't need any specific protocol for uptake...however: - There's significant studies done to show creatine before a workout loads your muscle with creatine - I've felt the biggest benefits from creatine having it during, and after a workout So I think 2 before and after, would create the best effects, and give you 30 days supply from the bottle.
