Hello how much water do you all drink a day you can choose a few if diffrent on average cast your vote!

Deadlift - 120kg (at 62kg)
Squat - 100kgx5 (at 62kg)

... are we to include the water in all beverages? It would be silly not too, in which case I have about 4L a day. With a bi day to day variation no doubt.

I take a bottle to work everyday that's 1.5 litre. Couple of pints (water) at night. Water from tea...about 3 a day I guess

I dont drink cofee so whenever someone goes to get cofee at work they get me water :)
