I try to get a cup every hour whilst at work.

I have no idea. Probably 1 - 3 litres? God knows. I just have some when I feel thirsty, no point forcing it down

i carry a 2L bottle around with me wherever i go and always finish it during the day, and most of the time have some extra, so prob around 3L

roughly 4 litres a day which i try and get out of the way an hour before i go to bed because peeing in the middle of the night pisses me off lol

I did at one point quaff about 10 litres a day though.

Drinking 17.5 pints of water a day must have taken alot of strain on your system bro. Did you supplement and monitor your own electrolyte levels or were you under medical supervision during this period? Did you monitor your heart rate during this period of extreme training?

It varies.. i drink 1 pint of water at every meal. That's 6-7 meals a day, and then another pint or two whilst training. So say 4 litres on a non cardio day.
I usually drink another litre of water if i'm doing a 45 minute cardio session... so 5 litres on cardio day.
