Worked wonders when I have split with my other long term GF, you WILL feel alot better after a night out with your mates to forget the Mrs. Though it will feel crappy now, your single, enjoy it, do the things you didnt have time for before, and train harder!

Have you got a car Asim?
If so, get yourself in it and get out of the town / city and head toward some countryside.
Stop somewhere nice and peaceful and get out and go for a walk.
As you walk remember all the good times you had together. Just becuase you've split, the thoughts and memories of all those good times you shared together don't have to be thrown away. Think of all the good stuff you shared and smile.
Then spend some time thinking about some of the bad points of the relationship that led to your split. As you do, think to yourself that as good as the good times were, it obviously wasn't good enough to keep you both together and ultimately in the longer term, maybe this split is for the best, for both of you.
Of course it will hurt to think of all these things, however don't be afraid to feel the pain and seeing as you'll be in the middle of nowhere, don't be afraid to let that pain out, maybe even shed a tear or two.
Take as long as you want thinking these things over, however don't get back in the car until you've mulled it all over and gotten everything you need to get out of your system at that point in time out into the open.
Then when you do get back in your car, try to leave all this hurt, pain and negativity behind you by the side of the road and think of the drive home as you heading toward a brighter and happier future full of good things and new experiences.
Repeat the above process as many times as you need to, eventually you'll get your head where it needs to be.
