Not sure about some of the piss taking tbh. Unlucky Asim. **** happens mate, you'll get over her. And as far as AAS use to ditract/get over her... I wouldn't mate. There's the cost, the fact that you're still very young (as am I) to be even thinking about it, and the fact that your head's not in the right place.

It's quite unfortunate that all Asims threads get pissed on, lol We all go through break ups mate, but I think splitting with a gf is a rather odd reason to start using steroids. I missed my train this morning, but I didn't resort to heroin. I just pushed on through the pain.

I wouldn't make such an important decision about whether to use gear or not or how much to use when your mind is, if I may say so, perhaps a little preoccupied? It would be easy to make a mistake or do something foolhardy that you later regret. I'm not saying that gear is bad. I'm just saying you need to have a clear, calm head on when planning a cycle. Now. Going to the gym to work out your frustrations on the weighs rack is another matter entirely....

ORIGINAL: Osagi Have you got a car Asim? If so, get yourself in it and get out of the town / city and head toward some countryside. Stop somewhere nice and peaceful and get out and go for a walk. As you walk remember all the good times you had together. Just becuase you've split, the thoughts and memories of all those good times you shared together don't have to be thrown away. Think of all the good stuff you shared and smile. Then spend some time thinking about some of the bad points of the relationship that led to your split. As you do, think to yourself that as good as the good times were, it obviously wasn't good enough to keep you both together and ultimately in the longer term, maybe this split is for the best, for both of you. Of course it will hurt to think of all these things, however don't be afraid to feel the pain and seeing as you'll be in the middle of nowhere, don't be afraid to let that pain out, maybe even shed a tear or two. Take as long as you want thinking these things over, however don't get back in the car until you've mulled it all over and gotten everything you need to get out of your system at that point in time out into the open. Then when you do get back in your car, try to leave all this hurt, pain and negativity behind you by the side of the road and think of the drive home as you heading toward a brighter and happier future full of good things and new experiences. Repeat the above process as many times as you need to, eventually you'll get your head where it needs to be. Osagi Then when you've done all that stop at the offy and buy a bottle of vodka, and get smashed! And maybe pick up some test/tren while your out!

Lol Okay then, on that note I think we're done. There you go Asim, all the relationship advice you'll ever need in one thread and then some. Just goes to show Loose Women (as in the TV show) has nothing on MT. Seriously tho mate, dig deep, all the p1ss taking aside what you're going thru can be tough and half the lads that have ribbed you in this thread have posted about their own relationship troubles at one point or another, but like I say, dig deep and you'll get there. However take my advice and save the cycle for a better occasion when you can think it thru with a clearer mind. Osagi
