bit strange really as after injuries i doubt i could get near my squat PB at the moment even tho i'm 2st heavier. i record all my pb's in my training book.

best PB's are:

bench 120kg x 2 @ 97kg - few weeks ago
deadlift 240kg x 2 @ 105kg - just over a year ago
squat 170kg x 3 @ 89kg (about 5 years ago)

Cheers mate.

Try this program. I ran it for three mesocycles and it took my deadlift from 185k to 220k in 24 weeks.

Mine are

Bench - 130
Squat - 150
Deads - 160

All for 3

Think my bench form is pretty bad though as I take it down quick and use my chest a bit for momentum, but I get it down and up lol.

edit - squat and bench were done today funnily enough

I also had an altercation with the coffin at the same funeral, although it didn't look like a coffin to me. An easy mistake to make in my opinion.

Cheers mate, never really believed I would get there!
And its come with relative ease.
I seem to go through huge sticking points on my bench, and then I have bursts of huge leaps before back to another sticking point.

Mine are:

140k overhead
125k bench
270k squat with wraps/ 250k RAW
282.5k deadlift RAW

Take it theres a typo in there mate!

Typo?

The 140k overhead was a jerk from the rack.
