Thing is though my deadlift sucks...max ive done is 115kg for 3...havent tried harder..but compared to bench and squat, should be a lot better!

BW 65kg

Military press - 58kg (Recon 60kg is do-able now so 5kg to go till my goal of a BW mp is complete)
Bench - 85kg
Deadlift - 100kgx7 (Only been doing these a month and abit so havn't tried maxing untill form is good)
Squat - No idea as I currently clean + press the bar onto my back to squat so can't really go over 70kg.
Wide Grip Chins - 18 (I can do 20 for sure now though)

I never understand people who don't.
It weighs 20k, you lift it, so why not include it?

Some people lack the ability to add up. One gym I used to train at the others used to count in "plates" as in 5 plates would equal 5 x 20 kg plates = 100 kg each side x 2 = 200 kg + 20 = 220 kg. Simple enough you might thing but absolutley beyond them

Mine are:

140k overhead
125k bench
270k squat with wraps/ 250k RAW
282.5k deadlift RAW

Take it theres a typo in there mate!

Na mate it was the 120kg bench that i was making reference to.

Your other lifts are huge but i can bench that so i am assuming it was a typo.

Typo?

I dont think it was a typo, he always says bench is a weak point of his. strongmen dont really need to be able to bench.

No typo, I just dont train bench. After my comps this summer I might do some more work on it to bring it up a little, but doubt I'll ever prioritise it.

Some really strong lifts in here!

BSB - im always seriously impressed with the numbers you move, especially at your/our young age! I saw you name up on the board at results gym when i was home at Easter!

I'd not done any 1rm in well over a year until sunday where a friends and i tested our OHP (not strict - leg push involved) and i got 90kg overhead which was pleasing considering it was after a decent upper body session and my delts are my weakest area.
