Welshy that is a good lift! i Dont know a single women who can do that and i know lots of men who cant do that.

Well done on getting to work on time 40+ my PB is probably about 3 out of 5 days a week.

BSB- still not reached 150kg for overhead? Not sure anyone else in our mini comp has touched the 150 yet.

overhead = push press / jerk?

Edit:

Weight at time: 90kg
Squat: 205kg with belt
Deadlift: 230/40 (can't remember if I got to 240 or not) with wrist straps
Bench: (done at less than 90 - 85 or so) 130

Aww bless you, I was taking the mickey a little, I don't really think it's that impressive when you compare it to others on here but I'm working on it.

Cheers mate.

Try this program. I ran it for three mesocycles and it took my deadlift from 185k to 220k in 24 weeks.
