hello folks.

looking for a bit of advice for a dailyworkout to help get me started. i'm 5ft10 of slim build. just looking to bulk up and get my stomach muscles worked out good. problem is time for me having a family and work during day so a home based workout is what i'm looking for.

been doing some weights (9kg each chrome dumbells) and sit ups but just randomly and being honest not pushing myself hard enough.

would appreciate if anyone could give me advice on a set workout plan which would get me started off.

many thanks,

muzz

get a set of spin lock dumbells or Olympic handle dumbells and a pullup bar

squats, shoulder presses, lunges, standing calf raises, deadlifts, shrugs, curls, pullups/chins, rows

all these can be done with 1 set of db's. Also get in your cardio and get a proper nutrition plan and you shall meet your goals

you will get nowhere with that

either spend some cash on proper equipment, or join a gym
