right read the rest, some good posts, everyone knows what there talking about, iceman your diet does need moding. not enough protein. ive been eating alot better recently, lot more eggs, and cottage cheese, and im ripping up form just that no cardio plus my protein intake is much higher, so im feeling im putting size on, im feeling good. if your having 2200 cals, eating reg, cardio, your going to put your body fat down.

I may add in a few sets of d'bell flys too, to take my chest sets in total up to 10 or 11 in total. Dont have dipping facility in my gym unfortunately ive heard great things about it

THURS 8TH MAY BREAKY Muesli - 150cal SNACK Protein sahke - 256 cal Banana - 90cal LUNCH Tuna sweetcorn sandwich - 350 cal SNACK Mac Cheese - 500cal Low fat yoghurt - 135cal Peanuts - 100cal DINNER 2 wholemeal pitta with chicken :) - around 400cal SNACK Protein Shake - 256cal

Im controlling calories so is it ok i eat mac cheese etc as long as i get 1g of protein per 1lb bodyweight, protein is the main issue is it beefy, then what i eat will be the 2nd most important, yeah?
