What fats do you recommend beefy as i think i need some more in my diet, im getting some olive oil to could eggs etc, what, do Mp do anything useful?

I like to get fats from mixed nuts. A handfull a day at least. Plus they have various other benefits, and seem more of a treat than fish oils.

In my diet i would have olive oil, peanuts, i think i need some fish oil or something, dont wanna get caps casue i will prob have to take like 6 a day. cheers

IMO mate you need to bulk (lean bulk if you want), theres been loads of good advice in here and if you cut now mate i dont think you'll have much left TBH.

Yeah you's are right, but i just wanna lose abit of fat round my belly so im planning to cut for 1 month maximum cutting, might only take 2/3weeks, defo thinner already but i wanna make sure its fat, as ive lost 2lb+ but its prob some water too.

I will weigh and measure my waist tomorrow.

I think you're getting hung up on the how fat you really are mate. Ok so you might have got a little bit that you don't like, but you're not FAT are ya.
Get some good clean food down you and lots of it, train hard and rest harder.

I think if you try and cut now then you're going to lose soem of the muscle you already have and you might appear to be fatter

My waist is back up to 34"

And i weight around 12.6 1/2

Seriously considering bulking now, but can someone tell me how i have put on weight and that my waist has went back up to 34" considerig i have kept my cal to around 1800 throughout the week?

It's quite frustrating that you're saying 'yes mate but' to near enough every post made on this thread. You are not fat, you do not have enough muscle to warrant a 'cut' and even if you did, your diet is sh*t so you're partially going to lose muscle that you do have. You're getting too hung up on facts and figures, keep it simple and chill out or you will carry on going round in circles. I know.. because I've been there

Well on mon,tues,wed,thur i would taek it early in the morning at 8.30, the 9ish on thur, as im at college in the morning on them days, im off on fri,sat,sun so measurements taken at around 11.30/12ish afternoon. I dont know if this made a diff but i had a protein sahke before bed 2 scoops with water at around 12.45pm and i was up again today at 8.30

Ok reasons i wanted to not necesasry cut and tone up like i initially said, but i wanted to lose my belly a little bit:

Highest BF% in my sport science class.......quite embarassing

Lower layer of fat on on my stomach makes me look fat

Improvements in aerobic/anerobic systems for bleeps test (see below)

Wanted to improve me 30m sprint time, less weight would make me a little quicker
Wanted to do lots of cardio didnt want it hindering muscle gains, so lots of carido on cut makes more sense than doing it ona bulk but now i know i can do cardio on bulk and build mass.

you pump iron but thats not the full story for building up im afraid.

you got any records of training, come to think of it? weights lifted, when, reps, what is it now etc.

i eat nuts, some people take odos oil, i dont supp them just whats in my diet and nuts, nuts have protein as well

what weights you shifting, how often, and is it consistent?! for 3 years id expect big numbers.
