Hey y'all know me by now

SHO'S AKA ICEMAN'S 1ST EVER CUT.......

Height - 5'11
Weight - Wed morning = 12.8 stone
BF% - Approx 18%
Waist - 34"

Goals:
I plan to cut down to around 14/15%, the reason being thats theres no point me going down to 10ish% becasue im not going on holiday or nothing, so its important for me to cut quickly and efficiently then get back to bulking.

Timeframe of cut:
2 months

How many pounds i plan to lose each week:
1 - 1.5 lbs

How many pounds i plan to lose overall:
7lbs (anymore is a bonus)

8lbs would get me down to 14%

Supps:
Ephedrine
Alri Venom Hyperdrive 3.0
Whey Protein

The way my journal will work:

I will post every workout to let me and you's see if i can still progress in the way of weights whilst on a low calorie diet.

I will write up my diet each day and try my best to include how many calories each bit of food is, i am not aiming for x amount of calories a day i will basically use my first week to see how my body reacts to how much i eat eg whether i lose, maintain, gain weight.

BEFORE AND AFTER PICS WILL BE TAKEN

THESE ARE PICS I TOOK TODAY

good look with the cut, ill keep watching. dont know about he diet tho, are you trying to gain muscle, not much protein, very low cals tho. if i had 1 toast in the morning id die.

cottage cheese before bed is good, and id have eggs in the morning. lunch you need some meat, and id have brown rice with it.

7lbs youll do that easy. are you doing cardio, post your routine up

Yeah im not sure how many calories im meant to consume a day to maintain my weight, could you help me out mate, then when i find how much i need eat to lose 1lb, 1.5 lbs a week etc?

I looked and used calorie calculators on the internet some say 2500 some say 3000, i say its around 2500cal going by what i ate whilst ona bulk and i was gaining weight quite easiely.

Ive tried cottage cheese its yuk imo lol

Yes eggs good idea, i like them.

As for my diet im looking to lose 1lb - 1.5 lbs a week, so am keeping calories low but i got the feelings i kept them too low on day 1 (MONDAY)

I think if i aim for around 1750 calories for the first week and see how it goes, i dont think i even need cardio as i think i can manage this especially on weekdays, what do you reckon beefy what calculator do you use or how do you work out your calorie needs.

Tbh i think i could do without the eph and hyperdrive suppressant wise as i am managing my calories easier than i though, im not taking an eca mate just ephedrine by itself, should have my hyperdrive possibly tommorow if not then prob thur or fri.

Imo eph and hyperdrive will be an unreal combo for cutting maybe good for bulking if the venom stuff gives a really good energy boost.

I just calculated what i would roughly consume on a cut it would be around 2000 - 2250 calories, so i may either try and aim for 1500 or 1750 calories a day, not sure need help and advice.

Dont worry about calories in your diet. Eat clean foods, keep protein and fats the same, then tailor your carbs to suit your activity of the day. Try and stick to it for a week, and see if your able to stay the same weight, if not, adjust it and do the same the next week. Then add in some cardio, and you'll steadily loose BF.
Alot of people seem to get caught up with ratio's and figures. Which in my opinion, will give a rough idea, but wont always work, as everybody is different.

Hope this helps

Yeah i totally agree with you on this bit

Yeah i appreciate your help mate cheers, but i think counting calories gives you a good guideline of how much to eat a day for a week and it will equal x amount of pounds weight loss, im going to do this for the first week to see how much i lose, i might not lose anything, but i need to try to see how my body reacts.

On the internet websites estimate how many calories you need to lose weight thats just a rough idea and isnt accurate, so im going about calorie counting to see on my body react to x amount of calories etc

Bro, No offense but why would you want to 'cut' right now?

If I was you i'd be bulking for at least another year or so, then concentrating on cutting when there is some mass to reveal
