I'm on a cut my diet is as follows:

7.15pm - 2 scoops whey in water + 50g oats + natural yoghurt + handful raisons + 2 x 1000mg omega 3 caps
10pm - 250ml LEW + orange juice or 100g chicken breast + salad
12pm - 150g chicken/turkey/beef/fish + salad/veg + 1 oat cake or slice of granary bread
3pm - 250ml LEW + orange juice or 100g chicken breast + salad
6pm - 150g chicken/turkey/beef/fish + 50g wholemeal pasta/rice/potatoes + salad/veg
6.45pm - 1 banna
7pm - train
8.30pm - 2 scoops whey in water
9.30pm - 50g oats + natural yoghurt + handful raisons + 250ml LEW in pure organge juice + apple
11pm - 150g miced beef or tuna + veg + 2 x 1000mg omega 3 caps

SSCV 1 or 2 mornings a week and 2 evenings a week. Weights 3 times per week.

Few questions.

Would i benefit from swapping the 6pm meal and the 9.30pm around in order to get a "proper meal" for PPWOl? Bearing in mind this would mean reheating the meal if that makes any difference.

When doing pm cardio (for fat loss) on non weight training days (at 7pm) how would you reccomend i restructure my diet for those days?

Cheaper and more convienient.

EDIT: Oh do you mean why do i think 9.30pm is not a proper meal? Just not a conventional meal that's all. If this is what you're saying then i suppose that answers by first question, doesn't really matter right?
