I am 5,10 and 13.5 stone, meal 1: 6:30 40g of oatmeal with water and a handful of almonds 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs cup of black coffee meal 2: 9:30 1 tin of tuna handful of cherry tomatoes and basil 2 rice cakes cup of green tea meal 3: 12:30 same as above cup of green tea meal 4: 3:30 180g chicken breast 1/2 avocado pre workout black coffee 1 large apple post workout 40g of whey protein meal 5: 7:00 Steak, salmon or chicken breast asparagus, broccoli or green beans meal 6: 9:00 20g of whey protein cheers guys. |
