My legs are the strongest part of my body, and as such I am now doing reps with the maximum weight for the leg curl machine, what can I do to keep getting stronger? It's always satisfying to get to maximum weight on the machine, don't do it much, only managed the leg press so far but hey. I have got another month(i estimate) till I can do 3 sets of 10 reps till failure. Higher reps than I normally do, but 6 reps is a little easy, Dave |
