currently do tricep push downs at gym, tricep extensions over head extensions with dumb bell and lay on bench holding bar with arms straight above head and lower hands to head by bending elbow but keep upper arms straight-the name exscapes me what good exercises are there to do at home other then those with dumb bells for triceps?

What does your whole routine look like thats a lot of movements for the tris and not the best choice either for a beginner

Although you'll look like a wierdo doing these in a commercial gym, board presses and rack lockouts are excellent.

Bench and Overhead Presses will build your triceps. But for direct work, Tricep Dips, CGBP or Skull crushers work nicely. Just stick with doing one of them and focus on building up the weight.
