Some of you my remember my last post about getting down towards 8%, and I have some questions:

I am going to miami in 7 weeks time and I wanna be as shredded as possible. And I think I'm getting there, apart from one problem:

My skin;, it seems to go more watery and stretchy the more exercise I do, and I don't neccaserily feel like I'm loosing alot of weight, more so just my skin becomng looser and thinner.

I tried to take some pics to illustrate this, it's not bad by any means and definately not classical loose skin, but anyone else experienced this, will it start to vacuum to my body in the next 7 weeks, ave I left enough time to get ripped?

As you can see it looks as though I have a tiny belly at the bottom as my fat isn't tight to my body.

Alot of people at my bf% with normal tight skin would look alot more ripped then me as the fat would take the shape of their muscle, but mine just is kinda loose over my muscle and doesn't take the form/shape of the muscle below if you can understand me.

Hard to say what to do - more muscle will obviously help.

Otherwise fluid manipulation - but this is a short term thing and you can't be dehydrated for the length of your stay in Miami!

James you think it will become tight to the muscles if I drop more bf%?

I just read an article from Tom Venuto, who suggests that no one in legit single figure bf has looose skin.

I don't know mate, it's hard to say as people do react differently

That's rubbish from Tom (who writes good stuff), unless it's out of context, as look at some women, post pregnancy, and some formally obese guys who've lost loads of weight....

http://www.naturalphysiques.com/cms/index.php?itemid=531 is the full article.

I guess I'm around 11-12%, In the next 7 weeks Ill try and get down to 8ish and see how I look. My skin isn't saggy, or 'loose' it's just not 100% tight, I'll update in a couple of weeks.

Aspiring you may want to look into Ultimate Diet 2 if youre serious mate about trying to get into single figures. 7-8 weeks could make it possible but you gotta be super strict

I've just started taking an ECA stack, and throwing in morning cardio 3 times a week, with great results, the last of it's starting to melt off now, will update pics in couple of weeks.

I think I'm currently doing something similiar to Ultimate diet 2, I have 2 no carb days, 3 med carb days and 2 high carb days.
