Right I'm 90kg aprox 16%bf, if I'm going to cut for 12 weeks, normaly I would cut carbs right back and up protien and keep fats the same, but I'm sure I'm losing more muscle than i should so this time I'm going to use 1ml sust evert 5 days and anavar 50mg ED, but I want to know how everyone else diets how many grams of carbs do you eat on training days and non-training days?? any help appriciated
