I get the maximuscle ad.
I think it's just on Welshys PC. A bit like an IT version of that film scream.
They look kind of personal, like they are trying to tell you something... I would keep a mirror on my desk so at least I could see behind me.
You never know but probably nothing, try not to worry about the bad evil eyes just on your PC and nobody elses.
