Don't down it till you've tried it. I used to be about his size and 14 stone at 5'6. A year on that routine and I now look like this.

There is something so wrong about this video.
If it's serious, then the kid needs help and so do the parents.

No one else has picked up on this which im amazed at but imo that is a paedo on the camera...
Did one else notice tha camera zoom in on the kids package at all....????? Sick!!!! Seriously sick!!!!!
