Is there anyway to workout how many lbs you need to lose to lose an inch off your belly/waist? even if it a rough number.....?

how do you know this?

you wont lose fat off your waist untill the body goes to your fat stores there, for fat.

afaik it comes off first where it went on last. and if that isnt your waist it wont come off there.

I lost nothing two weeks ago in terms of weight but yet i lost an inch on my waist!
