What is the fundamental difference between 'Hot Rox' and 'Burn3d' ? Normally I would use Eph and a Clen stack but I dont want that scatty, jittery feeling (doesn't help when chatting to ladies now does it ! )

Hot Rox I think has PEA in it which is in a lot of fat loss supplements at the moment, phenylalamine or something. It's also a "stim" product. BURN3D isn't a stim whatsoever, it's not thermogenic either. TTA helps liberate fatty acids, whereas Hot Rox I presume helps burn fat by increasing body temp and calorie expenditure. The ingredient list of Hot Rox looks quite good, I've just read a few bad things about it and the company behind it.

Hi firest0rm: I've been reading through your posts actually mate ! I just bought some Burn3d, however I was also tempted at purchasing the ALCAR so may run that also when I get some £££ next week.

Yea I rate ALCAR quite highly to be honest. I've been on 6grams a day for the past 3 weeks. Other than fat loss it gives you good focus on the gym and makes you feel good too, at least for me anyway. I'll be upping the dose to 10grams a day on Saturday. I thought BURN3D was a very good supplement, and underrated too. Never really read many people using it, either over here or on AM. There is a bloat issue, but you need to be patient and not stop taking it. It usually starts around day 5ish, and ends after about 2 weeks. It comes, supposedly, from the liberated fatty acids sort of congregating around your mid section, waiting to be burnt/shat out.

I have used MP before with some good results. TTA based products must be thermogenic, where else does the expended cals go ?

Although it does not appear to encourage muscle growth on its own, it does encourage lipolysis, or fat burning. Best of all, it appears to do this without forcing your body to use fat stores for energy, which means that it is simply forced out of the body instead of having to be burned off. http://www.a-z-nutrition.com/blazextreme.html quote:
TTA stimulates the breakdown of triglycerides (fat) by signaling the liver to catabolize fatty acids, causing the rapid clearance of fat from the blood stream (11). TTA also completely abolishes diet induced insulin resistance and thus improves insulin sensitivity (12). Not exactly scientific journals, but a brief description of what TTA does and how it does it.
