I thought Ephedrine was illegal is this Ephedrine

ma huang is standerdised for ephedrine - usually around 8%
In this case 500mg of mahuang yields 30mg ephedrine
The link you have posted is also ephedrine. A different type though. Essentially there are 3 types of ephedrine;
Ma huang - the natural herb, standardised at ~8% ephedrine
Ephedrine HCL - synthetic eph, made in a lab. The 'purest' form available, and IME, the most potent
Sida cordifolia - Also a herb, standardised at ~12% ephedrine. IME, the weakest of all 3 forms

thanks mate on that link does any1 know how many bottles i would need to run a 12 week course at 16mg eph a day?

Grenade work out much cheaper. £28 delivered
50 tabs of 8mg = £10
Therefore 1 bottle will give 25 servings of 16mg
12 weeks = 84 days
You will therefore need 4 bottles. And that's only if taking a dose a day. 2-3 doses a day are often used. Then on top of this, you'll need to buy the caffeine
Say you take 2 servings a day. That'll be 168 servings. You'll need 7 bottles of eph+ caffeine
So you'll be forking out roughly 80 quid
Grenade comes in 30mg eph+300mg caffeine. 100 tabs = £28. Two bottles will be more than enough for your 168 servings. Saving you over £20
Just so you know 16mg eph HCL will not be better than 30mg eph from ma-huang, IME

Asprin is an extract from white willow bark, that's where it comes from. I can't take anything asprin related.

It hasn't got aspirin/white willow bark/salicin
Here's the ingredients;
Ma Huang 500mg
