hello, possibly a dumb question, but i'll chance my arm! there is enough oil on my head to fry chips lol! would there be anything nutrition ways i could be eating to help avoid this as i do not eat much, if any fried or greasy foods. thanks in advance. would appriciate any suggestions.

What do you wash your hair with? Your scalp produces oil whether or not you eat fat.

I don't know how strong a detergent shower gel is, but if you strip oil from your scalp with detergent, your scalp produces more to compensate. Try using a mild shampoo or just water on your scalp and see what happens.
