My progress pics - 06 May 2008 00:29
never posted pics before, thought it'd be worth a shot, get some constructive criticism hopefully and also get a rough idea of my bodyfat at a guess? i have no idea!

anyway, been training since about 16, the first pic is after probably 6 months messing around with weights not really knowing what to do...



then sorted training and diet and bulked up to this... (these are the only pics i have)





and here is where i am now.. 22 years old, 6 foot 1 and approx 14.5 stone, no idea bodyfat and unsure whether to keep bulking or cut up a bit.












i think my shoulders need a lot of work and my arms are smaller in comparison to my body, as in , i need bigger arms!! any comments / suggestions welcome, also i've never posted pics so hope it works!!

Not a bad frame. I'd just suggest just keep plugging away, not neglecting heavy BO rows etc.

Yep welldone mate for posting pics,keep working hard on laging body parts and it alll will come right.
Most of us have a laging body part of some type, or even a over poweing one to the rest of the body.
its hard to get that good even look some alraedy have (not me), and some have to work hard to get.
