Hi all,

Posting this in Training and other peformance enachcing drugs forum due to the nature of my sutuation.

Ive been traing for 10 years but recently I broke a knuckle.

Ive just finished a DNP cycle (see other peformance enachcing drugs forum)

So Ive lost 8 pounds, but I dont think I can do much upper body work, or anything envolving both my hands.

What would you do in this situation to keep you losing to much mass?

Ive been training legs, abs and cardio. Anything else I can Do? I was thinking of doing clen and try cut more with lots of cardio, will I lose alot of uper body mass do u recon?

any advise apprciated.

Cheers

BUFF

Ive fractured/broken my hand a coupe of times, bloody hurts dosent it! Things that worked for me were tying myself to the bar with a strap for pulling movements, deadlifts and squats.
Also i managed to press still by being really careful and using a fingerless grip with that hand.
Hope it heals up mate.

Follow this guy's training log for a little while; he just recently broke his thumb, so will probably be dealing with a lot of the same problems as you
