I've just started cutting and I'm going pretty low on carbs, as this works for me. I tend to have 4 or 5 coffee's through the day with milk and one sugar. I'm 19% BF looking to get to sub 10% so I'm hoping the fat will drop off to start with. Should I be worrying about the milk and sugar in the coffee and start having it black or am I fretting over nothing?

The sugar may be an issue over the course of the day, the milk less so. If progress starts to slow i'd look at factoring this out, but for now it should be fine.

I'm trying to cut back on coffee anyway because of the issues with creatine. I've started a new job and the coffee here just seems to flow, but I'll be cutting back to 3 or 4 a day if I can.

sugar free squash is an alternative, that and diet coke. also going from 19% to 10% is no easy feat, when are you expecting this goal to be achieved by?

I've given myself 13 weeks. Was going to be 12, but I feel fatter than ever this weekend, so I've started a week early. Aiming to lose 2lb a week, but I'm hoping a lot more drops off in the first 2 weeks to give me a head start. I've not touched cardio for ages so it should be a shock to the system!

And I feel like I've gained half a stone of fat in the last fornight from eating rubbish! See, my diets a mess at the min. It's not like I'm on a clean diet and I'm just reducing cals. It's a big change so I'm hoping to see a difference.
